Piano is a beautiful instrument to learn that can turn into a lifelong hobby. It is also a powerful instrument for cognitive and personal development as it strengthens motor, visual and auditory areas of the brain! At the age of six I was trained at one of the oldest and prestigious youth schools named after Mravinsky that is known for its excellent teachers and award-winning competitions locally and internationally. I use this experience to teach many students in combination with my personalized coaching methodology.

My psychology and data analytics education has enabled me to develop teaching and coaching methodology with a focus on personal development and brain health. I use my learning experience from some of the world’s most influential psychologists, researchers, and professionals at UBC, U of C and other institutions where I studied factors that influence motivation, leadership, developmental stages, memory, mental health & neuroplasticity. With more than ten years of coaching experience, I strive to build long-lasting relationships with my clients where they feel safe yet challenged to push forward in their progress. I continue to learn new tools to better help my clients.

This methodology can and has been successfully applied to other disciplines and can be used by other teachers, coaches, managers and leaders.

In my spare time I play and teach tennis and spend time in nature.

What is Mind Pattern

Mind pattern is about creating positive neural pathways in response to education and experiences for your personal growth. Neural pathways create our memories and enable us to learn. They are patterns of our thoughts.
